If you are coming to the 2010 conference in Denver, Colorado and want to bring a guest, you can purchase a meal ticket only so your guest can join you for all the conference meals, including the Awards Dinner and any special parties.

Awards Dinner
The Annual Awards Dinner is included in the Meal Ticket. However, we realize that sometimes people need to leave early. If you know you are going to have to leave before the Awards Dinner, please select the option below so the food is not wasted.
Cancellation Policy
Fully aid meal tickets canceled before January 31, 2010 will receive a refund of 75% of the cost of the meal ticket. Cancellations received between February 1 – February 28, 2010 will receive a refund of 50% of the cost of the meal ticket. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after February 28, 2010. Cancellations must be made in writing either via email or regular mail to: conference@soapguild.org. |
